The standard
Excellence is a habit, not an event.
Empire Auto Detailing started with a simple observation: luxury and exotic vehicles in Southern Utah were being handed to automatic car washes and general-purpose detailers who didn't understand what they were touching. Soft clear coats, Alcantara, open-pore trim, and matte finishes were being damaged by people doing their best with the wrong process.
So we built a shop around doing it correctly. Paint-depth readings before any polishing. The right chemistry for every surface. Coatings applied to the manufacturer's certified process and backed in writing. Nothing rushed, nothing guessed.
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. That's the standard we hold, and it's why most of our clients come from someone who already trusts us.

GYEON Q² Flash EVO certified installer.
GYEON certifies installers who've been trained on its process and products and who work in conditions that meet its standards. It's what allows us to offer a written 10-year warranty on our Signature coating, and it's why the coating performs the way the manufacturer says it will. Uncertified coatings sold as "ceramic" are usually neither warranted nor applied to any standard.

The shop
Controlled conditions, by appointment.
Correction and coating work belongs indoors. Our Southern Utah shop gives us controlled lighting for inspection, a dust- and temperature-controlled space for coatings to cure properly, and room for boats and RVs. Every vehicle is booked by appointment and worked on with the bay to itself.

Every vehicle is inspected and every correction and coating is performed or directly overseen by our lead technician. Detailing and maintenance work is done by trained team members following the same written process every time — so the result doesn't depend on who's working that day.
